Frequently Asked Questions

  • A VA can help you by taking care of tasks you don’t have time to do or you don’t want to do. This frees you up to focus on the high-level work in your business. Pretty much anything you can explain in a video or written instructions can be handed over!

  • I primarily support individuals in the health & fitness space.

    • Personal trainers, group instructors, online coaches, and gym owners

    • Health, wellness, nutrition and lifestyle coaches

However, I am open to working with clients in other industries who need support!

  • Unused hours do not roll over to the next month. Retainers are designed to reserve my availability and provide consistent support. I’m happy to help brainstorm what can be delegated if you ever feel stuck.

If we find your current package includes more hours than you need, we can downgrade after the contract term ends.

  • If you’re approaching the end of your hours, I’ll give you a heads-up. At that point, we can pause work for the month or purchase additional hours if availability allows. If you consistently need more time, we can upgrade your package for future months.

  • Client communication typically takes place in Slack or via email. From there, I track tasks in my internal project management system.

If you prefer a different setup or would like to add me to your existing task manager, we can discuss options during your onboarding call.

  • You don’t need to worry about tracking hours, I handle that for you! I track all time internally and send a weekly report. The report outlines tasks completed and hours remaining.

  • Absolutely! All client information is kept strictly confidential. I am happy to sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) for added peace of mind.

  • Start times depend on current availability, but onboarding typically begins within a week of submitting an inquiry form.

Process: Inquiry Form Submitted → Discovery Call (15–30 minutes) → Contract Signed → Onboarding Call (30–60 minutes) → Work Begins

  • A Virtual Assistant (VA) focuses on task execution and day-to-day support. An Online Business Manager (OBM) oversees strategy, team management, and big-picture operations.

If you need help getting tasks completed and staying organized, a VA is likely the right fit. If you need someone managing your entire business or team and focusing on strategy, an OBM may be the better option.
